R2M is an automation house based in Bangalore. R2M mobile application enables cashless payments on purchases of products from R2M vending machines using Bluetooth communication.


Mobile App Features

1. Create Account:Creates the users account in R2M by registering the user’s login detail (username and mobile number) along with account recovery information (Security Question and Answer). The user is authenticated using the OTP pin send to the registered mobile number. Once validated a confirmation is send to the registered email id of the user.
2. Customer Login:Allows registered user to login to their R2M account.
3. Forgot MPIN: Reset your MPIN using the security question. The new MPIN will be sent on the registered email once validated.
4. Buy Products:Allows unregistered users to connect to the vending machine using Bluetooth, and purchase products by paying using:
a. R2MMobile App (Registered Users)
b. Integrated secure payment gateway (Un-Registered Users)

5. Link RFID:Enables cashless payments using
a. Physical RFID card: A physical prepaid card instrument issued by R2M for making cashless payments on vending machine terminals. Linking existing physical card to the mobile users account.
b. Virtual RFID: Virtual card generated for mobile users for making cashless payments on R2M vending machines using Bluetooth.

6. Account Top-up:Enables users to add money to users R2M account using integrated payment gateway.
7. Transaction History:View the last 20 transactions performed for topping up and purchases done from the account.
8. Account Balance:Displays registered user’saccount balance
9. User Profile:Provides the user an option to update the profile details for the account.
10. Change MPIN:Provides the user to change the MPIN (Mobile Personal Identification Number)
11. Sign Out:Signs out the user session on the mobile device
12. Feedback/Query: Share your feedback and queries on the R2M vending solution

2. Bluetooth – Buy products from vending machine
3. Location Service – Used for connecting to Vending machines Bluetooth module
4. Internet – Communicating to R2M servers
5. Device Information – Phone Number, IMEI Number for registering and authenticating device
