보건복지부에서 입국자를 대상으로 출시한 모바일 자가진단 앱입니다.

입국시, 외교(A-1)․공무(A-2) 체류자격이 있거나 대한민국대사관에서 자가격리 면제서를 발급받으신 분들은 앱을 의무적으로 설치하여
한국에 체류하고 있는 14일간 건강 상태를 매일 입력하셔야 합니다.

절차에 따라 설치하시고 기본정보를 입력하신 후 사용해 주세요.

◎ 自我诊断手机APP软件介绍

入境时, 具有外交(A-1)、公事(A-2) 滞留资格者以及有大韩民国大使馆签发的 免居家隔离证明 者必须安装“自我诊断”手机APP， 自入境之日起14天内，每天通过手机APP输入本人健康状态。

安装后，请输入本人基本信息并使用。

◎ Self Check Mobile App Instructions

When entering Korea, People with A visas (Diplomat (A-1), Government Official (A-2)) or Self-Isolation Exemption Certificate issued by the Embassy of the Republic of Korea should install the Self-Check Mobile App and record their daily health status on the app for 14 days after arrival in Korea.

Please follow the instructions to install the app and enter basic information to use the app.

◎ Autodiagnostic Instructions relatives aux applications mobiles

Lorsqu'ils entrent en Corée, les titulaires d'un visa A (diplôme (A-1), fonctionnaire (A-2)) ou d'un certificat d'exemption d'auto-isolement délivré par l'ambassade de la République de Corée doivent installer l'Applic mobile d'auto-diagnostic et enregistrer leur état de santé quotidien sur l'appli pendant 14 jours après leur arrivée en Corée.
